This is exactly what I was envisioning! 

That’s what my client said to me, smiling from ear to ear, when I presented a mockup of the department wide knowledge base.

It felt amazing to help make this vision a reality.

So what was the goal? To create a central location where new hires and current employees can reference documents and processes like FAQs, how-to guides, process documentation, templates, and more.

Using Sharepoint’s page templates, I was able to create an internal knowledge base for an automotive department. 

Over the course of several weeks, I conducted subject matter expert (SME) interviews, to ensure the content was accurate and supported the brand’s voice. 

Of course it feels good to know that the content created fits the client’s vision. After all, at Plume, Pen, and Pencil, we’re all about bringing the most intricate ideas and creative concepts to life.

It felt even better though to see my client grinning during this presentation. Not because of me, but because their needs were met and now the group can work more efficiently. I only had the privilege to help. And for that, I am grateful.
