Play and Productivity: We Need Both!

Oftentimes as adults we get so wrapped up in getting things done. Don’t get me wrong, getting things done is important. But that’s not the only important thing. 

Play is important. Plenty of species in the animal kingdom incorporate play between their hunts and foraging. Penguins, wolves, and even elephants engage in play, but somehow humans forget that. Maybe you won’t “play” per se, but you can do something fun or enjoyable. What will you do today?
